Discovering mindfulness gave me the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what really matters. It taught me compassion — for myself and others — and opened my eyes to the quiet beauty woven into everyday moments.
Nature has been my greatest teacher along the way. Inspired by the ancient Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and backed by decades of research into the benefits of spending time outdoors, I’ve seen how reconnecting with the natural world can calm the mind, steady the body, and open the heart.
Whether through a gentle community mindfulness session or a personalised 1:1 Mindfulness in Nature session, my aim is to create spaces where you can slow down, feel grounded, and rediscover your own inner clarity and purpose.
Each session is an invitation to return to yourself — guided by nature, anchored in presence, and supported with compassion.
