I'm Peter, a certified mindfulness coach and life coach in Melbourne, offering support both in-person from Melbourne’s North East and online. My passion is helping people just like you slow down, reconnect with themselves, and live with greater clarity, calm, and compassion.


Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, or feeling lost in the busyness of life, I’m here to walk alongside you—with mindfulness as our anchor.

My Journey into Mindfulness

Like many, I came to mindfulness during a time of deep stress and emotional overwhelm. Caught in the cycle of doing more and feeling less, I longed for peace—but didn’t know how to find it.


Mindfulness changed that. What began as a small daily practice gradually transformed my life—helping me build self-compassion, embrace stillness, and find meaning in the present moment.


My journey took me across Europe, Japan, and Nepal, where I explored diverse mindfulness traditions and practices. These experiences deepened my belief that mindfulness is a universal, accessible tool for anyone seeking balance and emotional freedom.


Now, I’m honoured to support others through mindfulness-based life coaching—blending ancient wisdom with real-world support for modern life.
